Mayra Diaz, LMFT

I enjoy helping people learn to trust themselves and feel like they’ve got reliable tools to use in a crisis. Transparency is important to me. I don’t believe in just using interventions on clients and not helping them understand why. I teach people about the foundations of what we’re working on or the science behind the interventions so they can take those lessons and build on them.

I'm not the kind of therapist that wants you on my couch forever. I am active - I am going to challenge you to try new things and build the life you’re craving outside of my therapy room, while also giving you the space to feel safe enough to stumble and try again.
